Coaching · Doors open 2027
The book names it. Coaching is where you reclaim it.
I spent three years quietly planning my way out with no one beside me. In 2027 I'm opening a small coaching practice so you don't have to. Whether you're building your exit in silence or rebuilding after you've walked out the door, I'll be your steady partner: your voice, your plan, your pace.
A small first group, by invitation from the waitlist.
Before you leave
The Quiet Plan.
A plan to leave is built in pieces: a document saved, a dollar set aside, a date that slowly comes into focus. It's lonely work, and it's easy to lose momentum when no one else knows it exists. The Quiet Plan is accountability coaching for that season. Regular, discreet check-ins with someone who has done it, to keep your plan moving and keep you from talking yourself out of what you already know.
Leaving is often the most dangerous time. So our work always runs alongside safety planning with a trained domestic violence advocate. I'll help you connect with one, and your safety plan always comes first.
- Check-ins on your timeline, through the channel that's safe for you
- Breaking the plan into small steps you can take quietly
- Keeping a record that's organized and secure
- Money moves that won't draw attention
- Someone who believes you on the days you doubt yourself
After you leave
Choose the depth. Keep the pace yours.
One focused conversation for the moment you need someone who gets it. Name the pattern, sort what's yours from what was put on you, and leave with your next clear step.
Ongoing, structured support over several months for the long middle of rebuilding: trusting your own read on things again, holding boundaries without apologizing, and making decisions that are fully yours.
A concentrated, one-on-one deep dive for when you're ready to move fast: the whole story, the whole plan, and a sovereign next chapter mapped out together.
Details, formats, and pricing will be announced to the waitlist first.
Is it a fit?
For the before and the after.
Coaching with me is for survivors who are planning their way out, rebuilding after, or the person standing beside them. It isn't therapy, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for a safety plan, and it works beautifully alongside all four.

- You've started a plan, and you need someone to hold you to it.
- You left, and you still hear their voice in your decisions.
- You're tired of explaining yourself, including to yourself.
- You want your money, your time, and your opinions back.
- You're done surviving and ready for something with more fire in it.
